• Our reports are placed inside a hardbound binder and are easy to read and understand along with digital pictures taken of any major defects. The report binder also includes a simple guide to operate your home with over 100 drawings and simple explanations that describe the operation of the structural, electrical and mechanical systems in your home.

• Most inspections can be scheduled within 24 hours.

• Our inspection reports are completed and delivered within 12 hours via e-mail or fax.

• We guarantee to be on time for our scheduled inspection time. If we are ever late to an appointment we deduct $25.00 from our inspection fee.
