• I am a full member in good standing of the American Society of Home Inspectors - #206701

• I am an approved FHA/HUD inspector for the states of Kansas and Missouri - W722

• I am a licensed termite inspector - license no. NO4739

• I am a certified residential inspector by the Council of American Building Officials (CABO) - #2039 (for structures 10 years of age and less)

• I am certified International Property Maintenance and Housing Inspector - #0056

• I am certified Housing Rehabilitation Inspector - #1556 (for structures 11 years of age or more)

• I have passed ASHI's National Home Inspector Examination.

• I have passed ASHI's Standards and Ethics Examination.

• I have performed over 1,000 fee-paid inspections in accordance with the ASHI Standards of Practice.

• I follow ASHI's Code of Ethics.

• I fulfill 20 hours of continuing education every year.

• I own and use high-tech equipment such as a gas leak detector and moisture meter.

• I am available Saturdays.

• I guarantee never to be late to an appointment and if I am I will deduct $25.00 from your inspection fee.

• I generate easy-to-read inspection reports.

• I include digital pictures as a part of your inspection report.

• I can e-mail, fax or mail your inspection report to you.
