We have no affiliations with real estate companies, and we don’t make repairs on items that we’ve inspected. We are thoroughly impartial and total dedicated to your interests. We specialize in finding deficiencies in new and older homes.

Your interests are our interests before, during, and after the inspection.

You will receive free phone or e-mail consultation about your house for as long as you own it. We wholeheartedly encourage you to participate in our inspection. You will have the opportunity to gain insight into maintenance and the life expectancies for various systems and possible future -- problems. Each inspection follows the ASHI standards and code of ethics.

MPHI has over 7 years of inspection experience. We are committed to providing quality service with integrity and give our customers timely service. If we are ever late to an appointment we deduct $25.00 from our inspection fee.
